Cecilia is a professional fromager with a passion for cheese and all things cheese related. She is a dedicated educator and an excellent communicator who is passionate about teaching others as well as expanding her personal knowledge. She is an instructor at George Brown, where she shares her knowledge about cheese-making and the cheese industry. She has extensive retail and consulting experience including cheese selection and affinage. She is also an amateur cheese maker.
